Your order is hand-wrapped, carefully packed, and shipped directly to you, with every effort made to ensure fast shipping and secure packaging. While we do our best to protect your items, we know that shipping delays, extreme weather, or rough handling can sometimes affect your order.

Delivery Disputes
Once a carrier confirms delivery, S.H.H. ONLINE LC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must work directly with the carrier for delivery issues.
