S.H.H ONLINE LC is a Michigan-based, small-owned business specializing in rare, limited-edition, and hard-to-find beverages, candies, and collectible products. We carefully pack and ship every order directly to our customers.

Orders & Order Cancellation
Orders are processed promptly after placement.
• Orders may only be canceled before shipment
• Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not permitted
• If a return is approved after shipment, the customer is responsible for return shipping and applicable fees
Fine Print:
S.H.H ONLINE LC is not responsible for cancellation requests once an order has entered fulfillment or the carrier network.
Final Sale & Rare / Collectible Items
All consumable products, including food, beverages, and temperature-sensitive items, are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations, unless expressly approved in writing by S.H.H. ONLINE LC at its sole discretion.
Rare, limited-edition, discontinued, or collectible items are final sale, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects supported by photographic evidence.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
• Written notice with photo(s) proof of damage or defects must be submitted within 24 hours of confirmed delivery
• Refunds or replacements are issued only for verified defects, transit damage, or fulfillment errors

Signature Requirement & Tracking Responsibility
Orders valued at $100 or more, or flagged as high-risk, may require signature confirmation.
Customers are responsible for:

• Accepting signature-required shipments
Failure to accept delivery may result in reshipment or return fees.
Risk Transference Upon Delivery
Once a carrier confirms delivery, risk of loss transfers fully to the customer.

Packages unresolved after 30 days may be reviewed for discretionary resolution with documented proof.
Buyer Responsibility & Account Security
Customers are responsible for:

• Communicating directly with carriers

Fraud, Chargebacks & Abuse Prevention

Fraudulent activity may result in:

• Reporting to payment processors or authorities
• Recovery of associated costs and fees
High-Cost & Remote Area Shipping
Additional shipping fees may apply to deliveries to:

Personal Injury, Consumption & Minor Supervision

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient labels and warnings prior to consumption.

No In-Person Pickup
No hand-to-hand delivery or in-person pickup is permitted.

Multiple Claims & Policy Abuse
Repeated disputes, claims, or policy exploitation may result in:

• Refusal of future service
Returns, Restocking & Processing Fees
• Customers are responsible for return shipping
• Approved refunds are subject to 3–5% processing fees
• Processing fees are non-refundable once payment processing has occurred
• Returned items must be unused and in original condition
Expiration & Quality Verification
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, expiration dates, and descriptions.
Claims require clear photographic evidence.
Fraudulent or unsubstantiated claims will be denied.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
